Because sports nutrition products are consumable ingestible goods, products that have been unsealed or partially consumed cannot be returned due to hygiene and health safety regulations. However, if your package arrives damaged, defective, or with a broken seal, CoreCell Nutrition offers a 100% free doorstep replacement within 7 days of delivery.
2. How to Request a Replacement
Please take a quick photograph or unboxing video showing the damaged outer carton or broken inner seal and WhatsApp our support team at +91 98200 12345 or email support@corecellnutrition.com with your Order Number (e.g. CC-98241).
3. Refund Timeline
In approved refund scenarios, payments made via UPI or NetBanking are credited back to the original source account within 24 to 48 hours. Credit/Debit card refunds typically reflect within 3 to 5 business days per banking protocol.
